Compatible Mods for Call Of Duty games
Compatible Mod Packs
Great news for you, folks! Call of Duty MW2 2022 is compatible with modded gaming controllers. Performance-changing modifications include hardware and software upgrades.
It’s entirely up to you how you want to gear up your controller. You can add a few modifications to test it out or load up your PS5 DualSense or Xbox Series X controller with every available feature to get the maximum competitive edge.
You may feel confused about which options to add, especially if you are new to the modded controller scene. No worries.
Let's walk through all Call of Duty MW 2 available options, divided by categories, to help you find the features you need for your best Modern Warfare 2 gameplay.
Everyone is crazy about back buttons and smart triggers, regardless of whether you consider mods to be an unfair advantage or not. In fact, no premium pro controller on today's market comes without them. So what do they do?
Xbox Series X controller back buttons are four buttons that help you play your way. You are able to map and remap all controller button standard commands to the back buttons to your liking. Every time you press the programmed back button, a controller will press the standard mapped button for you.
Mega Modz back buttons for PS5 DualSense come in 3 different types. Each of them offers different functionality.
The most basic one is the Standard Remap which comes with the traditional remapping option.
The Advanced back buttons deliver remap and turbo (button mashing) options.
And Macro Remap is a 5 macro feature that includes the Advanced button functions plus Continuous Press and Auto Double/Triple Tap macros.
Smart (Mechanical) triggers are available for both Xbox XS and PS5 DualSense controllers. They come with a very short travel distance, compared to the standard triggers. This provides faster input and gives more precision and control in-game.
While Xbox Series X controllers can be equipped with mechanical triggers only, PS5 remotes can also be enhanced with mechanical shoulder buttons(triggers + bumpers R1/L1, R2/L2) and smart face buttons. The options also provide better responses and more control.
COD MW2 compatible mods are 12 features aimed at helping you play better so you can last longer. They are all included in the Reinforced package. An increased K/D ratio is another pleasant bonus you get automatically.
You will get your controller loaded with the mods you select during checkout. Once you receive your controller, you just enable mods in any order. You can have 4 mods enabled at a time, with one being a shooting mod and the other three nonshooting (Special) ones.
The most popular shooting mod is Rapid Fire. Its mechanics are simple - it presses a fire button for you, once enabled, and turns every semi-auto and single-shot weapon into a fully auto one.
You can try it with fully automatic weapons to help with recoil, as Rapid Fire has that effect with fully auto guns. The mod comes with preset speeds and allows programming on your own. Comes very handy, that Rapid fire can be turned ON/OFF on the fly with a tactical sub-mod enabled.
Rapid Fire functionality alone will have a drastically good effect on your performance. Imagine how your skills will improve with twelve mods?!
Non-shooting mods give you extra skills to boost your K/D. They can be new super abilities (jump/lay down while shooting, hold your breath while aiming a Sniper Rifle) or enhanced existing abilities - reload faster, get better quick scopes, sprint in a more efficient way, etc.
To add all MW2 2022 mods to your order, just select the Reinforced pack from the Mods menu.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 was released on October 28, 2022. Traditionally the game developer is Infinity Wards and the publisher is Activision. At launch, the title was available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Series X, Steam, and Battle.Net platforms.
The game includes single-player, multiplayer, and co-op Special Ops modes. Modern Warfare II doesn't come with its own battle royale mode but joins the Warzone 2.0 experience that dropped in mid-November of 2022. Warzone 2 brings a new, massive map and a brand new sandbox gaming mode.
MW2 doesn't have Zombie mode and we are grieving with you on this occasion.
The beta experience of the game felt like a big step forward compared to the 2019 Call Of Duty. Two major improvements are the map design and the gunplay.
Maps have got some serious work done on them and now the setting looks more immersive with much more vibrant graphics. The cool things are that there are three lanes offered again and not so many doors. The new map design alone positively affects players’ overall impression of the game.
The gunplay is way better than in MW 2019. Using a weapon feels more realistic as you can feel its weight and there is more recoil feedback.
Now let’s mention the cons. With every beta release, glitches are expected. MW2 Beta has been no exception. While most gamers got the game running smoothly on their Xbox and PS5 consoles, many were unable to download it on PC, it crashed every time.
Despite a much better map flow, there have been many complaints from users about not being able to move the character as fast as they wanted. It felt too heavy half of the time.
To sum up, other than the slow character moves, the gameplay felt balanced and fun.
