They just don't enter reprogram mode and no matter what the light doesn't turn on. I emailed them 3 times and still no response and when I look at my purchase history to set up a return, there is no option for that and says that my controller is in transit. It only gives me the options to track a write a review.

My question is I picked a replacement  request will I get a replacement or will yall inspect it and if it is something you can fix will you just fix it and send it back or because I asked for a replacement I will get a brand new controller? 

 

 

Thanks for taking the time for answering my question I should have it in the mail box later today to be sent back .  Just sucks I gotta wait again for it but it is what it is .

I pulled the battery and I actually ordered a new x box one controller from megamods. I did not realize that I owned the controller for a little over a year until i checked the tracking on the new one. Is there any way this can be repaired. Im not trying to get money back, I enjoy the product and have recommended it to my friends. Thanks for any help
