On March 26th, I ordered a controller. The payment went thru, and it showed that it was to be shipped on August 05th. Since then, the status has been changed to Delayed, and shipping date pending.  It was for an Easter gift, and I'm afraid i wont receive it in time, so I'm reaching out for an update. Please let me know if you have an idea when i may receive the controller.  Thank you...

My controller was supposed to be sent out today but I never received a tracking number. What is the status of my order? 

I still have not received my controller it's been two weeks since it shipped....

I was so stoked by all the lovely cosmetic designs and colours that I forgot the most important part.

Can someone please help? I am more than happy to pay the difference for they back paddles to be added.

Order Processing Time:

Shipping and controller assembly are 2 different processes, they are not related to each other.

A perfect controller, from both aesthetic and functional standpoints, takes time to be assembled. Every product goes through building and testing stages (especially if mods have been added) that normally takes several days.

We do understand your urge to have it right here and now 🙂 and are happy to offer Same Day Assembly Service (SDA) when possible. SDA may not always be available (it varies on the order load and a controller configuration - some models are easier to build than others).

Once you build your controller and add it to the cart, you will see a list of delivery dates that will depend on an assembly time (Standard or SDA) and a shipping method selected.

You will choose the option that fits your controller desired arrival time and delivery costs the best.

I ordered a controller at the end of December. The initial ETA was 11/11/20. It’s now 1/22/21 as I still haven’t received my order. I decided to wait awhile before reaching out because I understand the rush of the post- holidays and companies are still slammed with orders, just as shipping and mailing companies are slammed with deliveries. I started getting concerned however as I kept tracking my order and it hasn’t been updated since 11/10/20. Is there any chance I could get an update on my delivery or at least find out where it is in transit since the tracking number I have isn’t giving me any updates?

I emailed to see what was going on and support team told me to email usps to see what is going on with the package, so I sent them an email along with the tracking number and they said they never recieved a package to email you guys back so I did and it seems like a lot of people are having a similar problem. But maybe an update on the status would be nice so some of us know what’s going on with the package we bought.
