Just got my remote last week. Absolutely love it. The look, the feel, the functionality are all amazing. I am having one issue with it however, the down button on the d-pad is making a squeaky noise when I use it. The button works fine but the squeaky noise has my dog running around looking for his toy. Is there anything I can do to get rid of this noise?

Unfortunately, there is no quick solution for the issue you're having I'm afraid.
Either the D-pad or the front shell itself need to be replaced.
You can go ahead and ship it back we will take care of it. The return process is easy, just log in to your account, click the "Return Item" button, and follow the further prompts.
